The service
AllTheCheers is provided on a free, ad-supported tier and a paid premium subscription. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions
Premium renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time via the App Store, Google Play, or your web billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the store under its rules.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse engineer, or resell the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
User-generated content
AllTheCheers lets hosts and guests post content — photos, videos, chat messages, and notes — to an event. You are responsible for the content you post, you must have the right to share it, and you must not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts a minor inappropriately. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Reporting: any photo, video, or message can be reported from inside the app; a report flags the item to the event's host and hides it from the person who reported it. Blocking: you can block another guest, which hides their messages and uploads from you. The host can remove any content or participant from their event at any time.
Takedown: we review reports of objectionable content and act on violations — removing content and, where warranted, ejecting the responsible user — within 24 hours. To report content or a user directly, email [email protected]. Anyone appearing in event media may also request its removal (see the Privacy Policy).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
